Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

Right of Return Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Finnish Consumer Protection Law. The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer receives the product.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made individually to order (print-on-demand products). All Vastahanka Streetwear products are made to order, so returns are only accepted if the product is unused and in resalable condition.

Return Conditions A return may be accepted if:

  • The product is unused
  • The product is in its original condition
  • All tags are attached
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • A receipt or order confirmation is included

The customer is responsible for safely returning the item to us.

Initiating a Return Start your return by emailing: vastahanka@outlook.com

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Item to be returned
  • Brief reason for the return

The return address will be provided by email after the return request has been approved. Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer (e.g. Printful). Returns will not be accepted without a prior return request.

Return Shipping Costs The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product
  • An incorrect product

In these cases, JN Studio (trading as Vastahanka Streetwear) will cover the return shipping costs or send a replacement at no extra charge.

Defective or Incorrect Products Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at: vastahanka@outlook.com

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photo of the product
  • Description of the issue

We will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Made-to-Order Products All Vastahanka Streetwear products are made individually to order. Therefore:

  • We do not offer exchanges for wrong size or colour
  • Please check the size guide and product description carefully before ordering

Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval by email.

Approved refunds:

  • Will be returned to the original payment method
  • Within 10 business days of approval
