Production & Shipping All products are made to order. This reduces overproduction and the need for inventory.
Estimated delivery times:
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Shipping: 3–10 business days
- Total: approximately 5–14 business days from order
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination country, and season.
Shipping Area We currently ship to the following countries:
Nordic countries: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark
Central Europe: Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland
and other EU countries — available destinations are shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times to EU countries:
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Shipping: 5–14 business days
- Total: approximately 7–19 business days from order
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are determined by the product, destination country, and carrier. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website.
Upon Receipt Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the package is damaged or the product is defective, contact us immediately at: vastahanka@outlook.com
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at vastahanka@outlook.com. We will investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Changing the Delivery Address The delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been confirmed. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order.
