JN Studio (trading as Vastahanka Streetwear) – Terms of Service

These terms of service apply to the use of the JN Studio (trading as Vastahanka Streetwear) online store and the purchase of products from the site.

General JN Studio (trading as Vastahanka Streetwear) is a Finnish online store selling primarily print-on-demand products. By using our store, you agree to these terms.

Products and Prices All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices. The price at the time of ordering is binding.

Ordering An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, in which case you will be fully refunded.

Payment We accept the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

Delivery Delivery times and shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return Policy.

Intellectual Property All content on the site (images, texts, logos) is the property of JN Studio and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect damages or losses caused by delays or errors beyond our control.

Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, we aim to resolve it amicably. If no agreement is reached, the matter will be handled by the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or a Finnish court.

Applicable Law These terms are governed by Finnish law.
